FOR CLASS-JR.K.G
- The original birth certificate issued from competent authority i.e. municipal corporation or gram panchayat.
- Photo copy of Aadhar card of both parents & the child.
- If your residential address differs from the address mentioned in aadhar card, kindly provide photocopy of gas bill /electricity bill/ corporation tax bill
- Fitness certificate issued by a medical practitioner (M.B.B.S. or M.D. only).
- Photo copy of the caste certificate issued from a competent authority (only for sc / st / obc candidates).
- Two recent passport size colour photographs of child & both parents.
- Fees cheque, admission fees along with 1st quarter fees.
- It is mandatory for both the parents to remain present at the time of admission process.
- Undertaking cum declaration to be filled

FOR CLASS-SR.K.G & STD-I

- Photo copy of previous class marksheet.
- Photo copy of Aadhar card of both parents & the child.
- Kindly provide photocopy of gas bill /electricity bill/ corporation tax bill
- Fitness certificate issued by a medical practitioner (M.B.B.S. or M.D. only).
- Photo copy of the caste certificate issued from a competent authority (only for caste SC / ST / OBC candidates).
- Two recent passport size colour photographs of child & both parents.
- Fees cheque, admission fees along with 1st quarter fees.
- It is mandatory for both the parents to remain present at the time of admission process.
- Undertaking cum declaration to be filled.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED
FOR CLASS-II TO IX
- TC original – duly signed by competent authority (in case of state board or ICSE board) or TC should be uploaded at school website (if not write an application mentioning the date of TC upload)
- Attested photo copy of marksheet of previous class passed.
- Mother, Father & Child’s Aadhar card photo copy.
- Kindly provide photocopy of gas bill /electricity bill/ corporation tax bill
- Original fitness certificate (by M.B.B.S. or M.D. doctor).
- Fees cheque, admission fees along with 1st quarter fees.
- 2 passport size photos (Mother, Father & Child)
- It is mandatory for both the parents to remain present at the time of admission process.
- Undertaking cum declaration to be filled.

- TC original – duly signed by competent authority (in case of state board or ICSC board) or TC should be uploaded at school website (if not write an application mentioning the date of TC upload)
- Attested photo copy of marksheet of class X board exams.
- Migration certificate in case of other board than CBSE.
- Mother, Father & Child’s Aadhar card photocopy.
- Kindly provide photocopy of gas bill /electricity bill/ corporation tax bill
- Original fitness certificate of child (by M.B.B.S. or M.D. doctor).
- Fees cheque, admission fees along with 1st quarter fees.
- 2 passport size photos (mother, father & child)
